Hello and welcome to my review of The Near Future Report.
I discovered The Near Future Report after seeing an online presentation featuring Jeff Brown.
Jeff says that by joining his service, you will get access to his technology related investment insights and stocks picks, which include companies in the 5G, cloud computing, blockchain, and artificial intelligence space.
He claims to have a knack for identifying companies poised for enormous growth in these sectors, and says he shares his best stock picks with those who subscribe to The Near Future Report.
Which sounds good, but is it the real deal?
Well, I decided to take a closer look to find out. Because over the years I've found that it’s easy for someone to make bold claims, but whether or not they deliver is another story.
Anyway, The Near Future Report isn't a scam. It's a legitimate newsletter service that's aimed at helping subscribers make money investing in emerging tech trends. And it's run by Jeff Brown of Brownstone Research, who's an expert investor with over 25 years of experience.
Would I recommend it?
Well, the truth is, after reviewing 100's of programs over the years, there's really only ONE program I recommend, it helped me go from $0 to $12K plus per month online as a total newbie, and you can see exactly how it works here.
That said, The Near Future Report is legitimate. So as long as you're aware of the risks and don't rush into this expecting to get rich quick, it could be worth checking out.
What Is The Near Future Report?
The Near Future Report is an investment advisory service developed by Jeff Brown of Brownstone Research. The service costs $199 to join and the main benefit is getting access to Jeff's monthly newsletter, where he shares his tech investing strategy and stock picks with subscribers.
For the most part, Jeff focusses on big tech trends that are already here and that he says are set to grow. Instead of recommending risky startups or unproven “pipe dreams,” he focusses his attention on real companies that he believes have great long term growth potential.
He says these are reliable “sleep well at night” picks that have the potential for double-digit returns. And the reason he's uniquely qualified to share such great insight is because he has over 25 years experience in the tech space.
For example, at one point, he was the vice president of NXP Semiconductors. Which is a small technology company that supplied hardware to Apple. So he knows what to look for when it comes to choosing high value, yet overlooked companies that could potentially take off.
And these are the sorts of companies Jeff is actively searching for, in order to share these opportunities with subscribers of The Near Future Report.
With that being said, no matter how legit the subscription is, or the person behind it, the stock market can be very unpredictable. So I wouldn’t sign up expecting to get rich quick quick or make money without there being any risks involved. That's simply not realistic.
Don't get me wrong, The Near Future Report is a high value subscription that offers a great deal of value, especially for $199. But I do think it's important to be realistic, especially since it’s YOUR money on the line here. Even “sure things” can be risky, let alone speculating on tech trends.
How Does The Near Future Report Work?
The way The Near Future Report works is pretty straightforward. The idea is to signup for $199 on the Brownstone Research website, which gives you access to the following:
- Monthly newsletter: Each month, Jeff sends you a new issue of The Near Future Report via email, which details his stock recommendations, some information about why he's recommending it and what's going on in the market.
- Quick Start Guide: this is a getting started guide that shows you how to get started and implement his service, and it also includes a video so you know exactly how to get rolling.
- Model portfolio: The model portfolio includes the stocks Jeff is recommending. So you can see his active stock recommendations and decide if you want to take action on them.
- Website access: All of the emails you get, along with the model portfolio, are archived in the members only website. Which makes it handy to get access to everything in one place.
On top of that, subscribers also get access to the following bonuses:
- Secrets of the “Cryptocurrency IRA”
- Ten Cryptocurrencies to Avoid Like The Plague
As you can see, that's a lot of value on offer for $199. And he doesn't just recommend tech stocks, Jeff also looks at things like cryptocurrency which you can see from the above bonus.
When you boil it all down though, there are really two main benefits to joining.
The first is the monthly newsletters that are sent to you each month that list a new investment opportunity, along with some expert insights from Jeff. And the second is the model portfolio, so you can see exactly what Jeff is recommending at any given time.
You also get some training so you know how to place trades and so forth, but this is mostly about following what Jeff is investing in and learning from his insights related to the tech space.
Also worth mentioning is that, if you join and decide it's not for you, Jeff says he'll give you a credit that you can use on other services Brownstone Research offers. Which I think is good because, while it's not the same as getting a refund, this does limit some of the risk in buying.
Who Is Jeff Brown?
Jeff Brown is the man behind The Near Future Report. He's also a technology expert, entrepreneur and investor with over 25 years of experience.
After earning a Bachelor of Science in aeronautical and astronautical engineering, and a Master of Science in management from London Business School, he moved onto gaining first hand experience within the tech industry in a diverse range of fields.
According to his Brownstone Research profile page, he has worked with companies specializing in broadcasting and video technology, technology infrastructure, semiconductors, mobility tech, IT networking and more.
Not to mention, he has even built some early stage startups and ran companies that have made hundreds of millions of dollars.
All of which has made him uniquely qualified to identify and share some of the best and most unique opportunities within the tech investing world.
And that's what he does with The Near Future Report. He looks for trends that he believes could be game changing, before they go mainstream and the stock price goes way up.
Is he the real deal? Yes, Jeff Brown is a legitimate investing professional. He’s been doing this for almost three decades and has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry. And many people speak highly of him, so I believe he's legitimate and someone who shares a lot of value.
Is The Near Future Report the Real Deal?
Yes, The Near Future Report is a real, legitimate newsletter service that could potentially help you make money investing in emerging tech trends. And I personally think that at $199 it's virtually a no brainer when you consider the potential and level of value you're getting access to.
That doesn't mean it's completely risk free, though. As with any type of investing, there's always a chance you could end up losing some money. So I think it's important to understand the potential risks and know that, no matter how legitimate something is, nobody can guarantee anything.
Either way, this is definitely a high value newsletter subscription, especially if you're interested in investing in high quality technology related companies. So as long as you join understanding that it's not a get rich quick program, you might be pleasantly surprised at what you can achieve over the long term by learning and applying what you learn
Jeff Brown is a world class investor who shares a great deal of value with his members. So it’s possible that by following his system could end up making a lot of money.
On the other hand, there’s a high level of risk involved in speculating in the stock market, and you’re essentially just following what someone else is doing. Which may be good in one way, since Jeff is an expert, but I think it's important to know what you're doing if you want to be successful.
So if you do decide to join, it would make sense to educate yourself diligently. Both with the information Jeff Brown and his team provides and from other sources. That way, you can be more confident in what you are doing and give yourself a greater chance of success.
That's me though.
What you decide to do is up to you. I'm not affiliated with The Near Future Report, so my aim with this review was never to convince you to buy, or not buy, the program. My aim is to simply share my opinion and help you make a more informed choice either way.
Hope you found this article helpful! My name is Jeff and I'm the creator of Mad Money Stacks. I started this site after learning the hard way that most online money making programs aren’t as amazing as they seem. I wanted to help others avoid scams and share real, legitimate methods of making money online, like the exact method I use to make $12K plus p/m online.
